Tabatha has more than 30 years of real estate investing. Along with asset management responsibilities, Tabatha also manages all aspects of construction from the scheduling of contractors to budgets and payments. She owns multi-family and “AirBnB” properties and restores residential homes.
Her vision is to provide to investors better than average returns in emerging markets.
Tabatha and, her husband, Scott have been managing a real estate investment group in the Central New Jersey area for over 5 years providing networking and real estate education to other real estate professionals and novices.
